The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the Products and the conformity of the Products delivered upon receipt.

Delivery conditions

Deliveries are made by post or colissimo depending on the size of the order. Shipments are made within 72 to 96 hours on working days after the order as far as possible depending on the stocks of components of each product (these are artisanal products made by hand by several LOONGZE/ZFBAITS/HARTISLINE artisans), an email will be sent upon shipment, then delivery times after shipment will depend on the postal organization.
